Welcome The Cultural Arts and Diversity (CAD) Center umbrella a number of programs and events. The mission is to provide and enhance the cultural climate of the UCSC campus, and its surrounding community by encouraging the celebration of diversity. The goal is to foster the spirit of unity between cultures by providing an outlet for the creative talents of various cultures through lectures, presentations and productions. By gaining access to resources and services to support these endeavors, the overall goal is to provide cultural awareness and diversity, build collaborative partnerships and community outreach, enhance retention and recruitment efforts, as well as provide opportunities for leadership and educational development.
